Charlie Stanley has witnessed the digital landscape transform how companies conduct business, and moreover how local government agencies communicate with their residents. For over 2 decades, Charlie has been helping organizations establish online identities that connect them with their customer. His creations have been focused on user experience and more recently on website accessibility. Charlie has honed his craft working with over 400 different city and county government organizations around the country. Charlie has a BA in Marketing from the University of Oregon, as well as a Website Accessibility Certification from Utah State University.
Sam Coy

Sam Coy stands at the forefront of GovWeb, overseeing our business development and product strategy. With 15 years of experience evangelizing for solutions that fit the clients he serves best, Sam is responsible for the implementation of our mission to create long-lasting partnerships by humanizing web design through relentless attention to detail and satisfying user experience. Sam champions the GovWeb product suite and is recognized for designing, landing, and leading the strategies and partner incentives programs for GovWeb. Previously, Sam worked in business development leadership roles for Farmers Insurance and Verizon Wireless.


Anna Stopa
Art Director
Anna has over a decade of experience creating usable and delightful online experiences. She has a unique skill set of design strategy, user research, information architecture, content strategy, user interface design, and usability testing. Anna has led the design efforts for over 100 websites and skillfully leads our design process with ambiguity and clarity. Anna holds a BFA in Illustration from Northern Illinois University.
Nathaniel Robertson
Project Manager
In his role as Project Manager, Nathaniel fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining deadlines along with overall quality control throughout the duration of each project. His strong communication and client service skills ensure each experience ends with you being a raving fan of our process.


Brian Aloisi
Content Strategist
With expertise in content strategy, technology, user-centered design, research, content and copywriting, Brian follows industry best practices to migrate and create content with an emphasis on engaging the site visitor. Brian received a BA in English and Writing from Southern Oregon University.
